Karrine Steffans (born August 24, 1978 in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands) is a former hip hop music video performer and actress. She is the author of Confessions of a Video Vixen (ISBN 0-06-084242-3), her 2005 memoir about her life in the hip hop world, which was controversial for its descriptions of her sexual liaisons with numerous major stars. The memoir describes a number of encounters in which she traded oral sex for access to prominent roles in rap music videos. Her encounters with rap stars led to her having been given the nickname Superhead.

Karrine's heritage is multiracial. Her mother has Jamaican, Puerto Rican, and Danish heritage and her father is African American.

She starred in a porn film with porn star Mr. Marcus in which she was credited as "Honey". The porn scene showed why she got the moniker of "Superhead". She is seen on the film performing a very rapid form of oral sex to Mr. Marcus.

She has also starred in A Man Apart opposite Vin Diesel and Larenz Tate.
